Kenowa Hills Football is more than a game—it’s a tradition built on teamwork, pride, and the pursuit of excellence. From our youngest flag players learning the basics to our middle school athletes preparing for Friday night lights, every athlete is part of the Knight football family.
All Kenowa Hills Football events are held at Kenowa Hills High School and led by the Kenowa Hills Football coaching staff, with support from dedicated volunteers and parents who make the program thrive.
K - 2nd Grade Flag Football
A fun, fast-paced introduction to the sport. Players learn teamwork, basic plays, and sportsmanship while building a love for the game—without the contact of tackle football.
3rd - 6th Grade Tackle Football
At this level, athletes suit up with helmets and pads to experience the excitement of real football. Coaches emphasize safety, fundamentals, and team play, helping kids grow both as players and as teammates.
7th - 8th Grade Tackle Football
Middle school athletes step into a competitive environment that prepares them for high school football. Practices focus on advanced skills, leadership, and strategy, giving players the tools they need to succeed at the next level.
